    Good afternoon!

I have a question, does a SEP Client installed on a Hyper-V host protects its Virtual Machines?

It needs to be installed on the VMs as well. SEP installed on the host will only protect the host.

SEP currently does not support any agentless model of protection in VDI - you need SEP client on each of the guest VM's.
