    few reasons, client not communicating with SEPM

    Corrupt Defs, if getting update from GUP, GUP may not have full defs to server

    It show because antivirus of the clients are not up to date.

    Some reasons for out of date showing in SEPM ?

    1) Client are corrupted .

    2) Client are not communicated with SEPM server .

    3) SEP client system proper disk space not available.

    4) Corrupted virus defination and more reason you can enabled sylink log

    You cannot say for sure what causes this behaviour as there could be more reasons, 

    1) Check all the Liveupdate policy on your groups, check how many of them get updates from SEPM, GUP, Internet, Luadmin

    2) Check computer status report, Check the defs date, If they are out of date, Check the last connection time of the Client, see how its confgured to get updates

    3) Keep this handy if you face any
