Endpoint Protection

We just installed SEP cloud on a windows 8 computer, and when we try to update definitions it says.

Failed to complete.  Service is expired.  

On the main Endpoint Protection screen it says secure and has a checkmark.  It says connected to Symantec.cloud at the bottom.  

Under current settings, everything has an X except for safe surfing.

Yes, our license should be up to date.  Where do I check on the computer to make sure it is up to date?

I just used the same disk to install to another computer and it installed fine, and everything is checked.
