SEP Content Distribution Monitor Download

Hi,
Im on version 12.1.1101.401 and I need to download the GUP Content distribution Monitor. I have downloaded the one on this link https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/downloads/new-sep-content-distribution-monitor-gup-health-checking and also listened to the video but this one is missing some files,I have extracted it after the download and it only showed me 3 files which are:
Enable_apache logs.txt
sepm_monitor.jar
SepmMonitor Tool.bat.
On the video there is an html file that Im supposed to open. Can I please get a link to download the GUP Monitor tool.

Place the .jar and .bat file in the Tools folder under the Symantec Endpoint Portection Manager folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools) and run .bat file. Than it will open.

Run
To run the tool, you need to copy the files into the following directory:
Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools
And then run the SepmMonitorTool.bat file.
