Is it possible to rollback an update on an specific SEP client? and also in the SEPM itself for mass update rollback?

Create a new group and break inheritance and move the PC to the new group and apply the LU policy with the def date you want to roll back to

The same can be done en mass. You just need to make sure you configure the policy and apply it to the group you want to do it for. Just be aware you will need to break inheritance if only doing for specific groups.
