You can refer fix notes if having any issue with version of SEP prior to SEP 12.1 RU4.

There is no list with errors. If a problem occurs, post the SEP_INST.log file located in %temp% directory for review

In the logs you can find such " line return value 3" what would i understand if the value is 3 or 8 or whatever, that is why i am asking if there is any error list?

From logs you chack the error returned values as well as the client installation status at the last of error log. There is no paritcular document for error log

What i need is the errors that come after deployment fail from SEPM, not fail when it reach to the targeted machine.

If Target machine sep installation fails you can find fail machine in SEPM console  (display download arrow and red X) as per below screen shot.

You can go particular machine and find Error why sep installation fails.that information provide EP_INST.log.

Installation errors are usually produced by the Windows Installer (msiexec.exe or the likes).

They are usually inside the installation logfile mentioned a lot of times in this thread.
