Sep disk footprint is abnormal

Hello all,
Attached picture shows that a SEP agent uses 840MB of disk space, which is not usual.
What we're doing is that we're upgrading all clients from 11.0.4202 to 11.0.6200 company wide.
Some clients show 450MB disk usage as usual. But some show the size in the picture.
Why is this happening? What can we do about it?

This happens when you repair
This happens when you repair the SEP client. I believe it has to do with caching the "corrupted" install first then repairing it.
