Hello guys! I'vs got a problem.

We have SEPM 12.1.6 server and about 1000clients.

    We've configured integration with AD.

The problem is that SEP Endpoint Status on main page doesn't show actual location of Computers.

For example: when i click show offline endpint, i've got something like this:

    Computer Name Operating System Group
    pc1 Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition My Company\1_SPB_SERVER\SPB
    pc2 Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition My Company\1_SPB_SERVER\SPB
    pc3 Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition My Company\1_SPB_SERVER\SPB

where My Company\1_SPB_SERVER\ - this is my custom created folder in SEPM and \SPB - is AD OU

I've moved that three PCs yesterday to different OU in AD but they still persist in \SBP OU when i check offline PCs on the main page of SEPM.

In SEMP they have moved automaticly in the right one AD container after moving it in AD and syncing.

Why is SEP Endpoint Status -- Offline Endpoints shows not correct location? How can i fix it?

And a manual sync does not force them to show correctly as well?

    No, Brian, does not.

Manual sync moved them from one OU to another in SEPM but not in Offline Endpoints reports.
