Hi,
Even have not find this type error,

Please find my observation on this issue.

1. SEP need to be upgrade in the first place.here as you are currently using 12.1.671.4971,
which is the first release of the software.Requet you to pls upgrade the server with latest version of sep.
2. The Error Message that you get "060xc004d401" is a windows activation error message.
3. SP2 need to applied on the server.

I hope problem will be solved, Once you upgrade the server with latest version of sep and applied SP2

Thank& Regards,

Ambesh
