SEP 11.7 not support windows 2012
SEP 12.1 RU2 (SEP version 12.1.2015.2015) onwards supports Windows 8 and Windows 2012
SEP 12.1 RU2 is the earliest supported build which is compatable with Windows 8 and Server 2012.

To your question: "...is that SEP 11.7 cannot support for windows server 2012 ??"
- All of the SEP 11.x versions including the SEP 11.7 do not have support for windows server 2012 or windows 8. The only compatible version with these systems at the moment is the SEP 12.1 RU2
Have a look at the system requirements for this version:

Hi,
Thank you Ashish, I havnt seen.
SEP 11 not support win 2012

The following systems are supported:
■ Windows XP Home or Professional (32-bit, SP2 or later; 64-bit,
all SPs)
■ Windows XP Embedded (SP2 and later)
■ Windows Vista (32-bit, 64-bit)
■ Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit, RTM, and SP1)
■ Windows Embedded Standard 7
■ Windows 8 (32-bit, 64-bit; Windows To Go is not supported)
■ Windows Server 2003 (32-bit, 64-bit, R2, SP1 or later)
■ Windows Server 2008 (32-bit, 64-bit, R2, SP1, and SP2)
■ Windows Server 2012
■ Windows Small Business Server 2003 (32-bit)
■ Windows Small Business Server 2008 (64-bit)
■ Windows Small Business Server 2011 (64-bit)
■ Windows Essential Business Server 2008 (64-bit)
■ Mac OS X 10.6.8, 10.7 (32-bit, 64-bit); 10.8 (64-bit)
■ Mac OS X Server 10.6.8, 10.7 (32-bit, 64-bit); 10.8 (64-bit)
I believe it will as SEP 12.1 works on Core 2008 although it is not specifically mentioned above, just that Server 2008 is supported. So based on that my assumption would be yes that it is supported on Core 2012
All documentation for 12.1.2 is here

SEP installation on 2012 Core should be fine - have a look here at previous documentation regarding the install on 2008 Core Server:

Yes this error is because SEP 11.x not support to Window 2012, it only supported by SEP 12.1 RU2.
Links mentioned above comments. If you are going to install then try SEP 12.1 RU2.
