SEP Firewall policy for Local File Sharing

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I am wondering if anyone has tried this and can offer some advice. I am in the process of testing SEP11 MR4 for mass deployment. However, I need to make sure that the Deskside Support Group can use Local File sharing within the environment. At the same time, I want to ensure that the rest of the end user population can't. I have a call opened with Symantec, but have not heard anything yet. I was wondering if anyone out there has had this issue and what steps were taken to resolve this. Thanks in advance for your help.

Ip address/host group
Hi.
If you can specify the support group pc ip addresses this is a pretty simple thing to achieve.
You could create a host group and specify the addresses or networks of the support group as remote addresses and allow the traffic. This would allow local file sharing for specific machines and block the rest, depending on how the rest of your policy looks like ofcourse.

Hi,
If you could go through this link and let us know whether it helped.

You can keep all the required clients in the "Deskside Support Group " and assign the requisite policy to this group. In the same way keep the other clients in a different group and assign a different policy.

more details
It is not clear if you want Deskside Support Group can use Local File sharing within its own environment or within the whole company environment (for example the DSG could access to the administrative shares of a normal end user) when the other end users can't.
