My helpdesk may use this for analyzing security groups for the user. This is a useful tool, however, if the list is extensive clicking the column header does not sort it. the header is clickable but doesn't do anything. I understand there are other ways to obtain this information but this allows the employee to do it and on secure machines where the command line and other methods are much more restrictive.

    What's the exact version?

I believe it's by design as it doesn't work in either 11.x or 12.1

You can add this as an Idea to be voted on and hopefully added in a future version. Add it here:

by design do a control + A inside the window, copy the contents and sort it using excel as of now. When the idea gets implimented you will have those in the next release..Good Luck

The version is 12.1.4013.4013. We are in the process of upgrading the enterprise from 11.x to 12.x so just starting the testing and review. This is nothing more than a UI bug if you ask me. "by design" doesnt make sense because if that were the case then why is the column clickable? I understand there are many other ways to gain this info. I am new to SEP forums and have never used it but due to so many machine infections lately even with SEP running I wanted to give it shot. I am hoping 12.x will prevent what 11.x was unable to.

Rafeeq - did you try performing your own suggestion? It doesnt work on mine. You can select by clicking and shift-end but not ctrl-A and cannot paste into excel nor notepad.

_Brian - I will post this to the "ideas" as it's just a helpful suggestion. Thanks.

Only reason I say by design is it doesn't work in any version I've tried. Personally, I rarely if ever go into this screen and my guess is the majority do as well.

It's the first time I have ever seen the screen. I was just go thru the application and thought this may be an easy way for an employee to tell whether they have access to share workspaces that are determined thru security groups. Yes, there are many other ways. no big deal. I'll post it on the ideas forum. thanks for the prompt response.
