  • 1.  SEP Install problems 11.0.4

    Posted Aug 20, 2009 05:13 PM
I am having some issues installing SEP on my system.  My system is Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit.  When I try to install SEP, it goes through and finds Windows Defender.  I click "yes" to try and have it uninstall Windows Defender to no avail.  Upon restart, I try to install again, and it comes up with the same message.  I've went through multiple times and it has not worked.  Please help.

    Thanks a million
    Eric

For the record, I have tried to disable Defender (in the program and in startup) and that has not worked.

    Thanks again
