I have got SEP 12.1.2 recently for 200 license.  I was told I have to get a server for this.  Can I use it without server?  If yes, pl let me know the procedure.  Secondly, I have 50 PCs which are not connected with the internet.  Can I install it on these PCs?  If yes, pl let me know the procedure.

    You have 2 options

    1) Install Symantec endpoint protection manager on a server OS ( can be installed on non -server os as well but number of concurrent connections will be an issue as its only 10)
then deploy client, all will report to this sepm and you can control it centrally

    2) no need  of server, install it as unmanged, running from SEP folder inside CD1 what you will download. schedule liveupdate

these cannot be managed centrally and each one is independent ( unmanaged)
