11.0.6200?

Hello,

Please Install the Latest version of SEP 11.0.6200 (RU6 MP2) on the Windows 7 machines.

Again, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 is yet not Supported and would be supported in the upcoming SEP 11.0.6200 (RU7) version.

That would resolve the issue.

Hello, From the error message

Hello,

From the error message you have specified, it looks like there is an issue with opening the Event viewer on this computer. Please check if you are able to open the event viewer. If this is not possible the installation will fail as it is not able to record any events.

If this is the case please do the following :

Go to Start>Run>type in: services.msc >OK

Now scroll down to Event Viewer.

Double Click on it and make the Startup type Automatic from the drop down box.

Click Apply. Also click on the Start button to start the service. Click OK.

If you receive any error message on this, please post the error message here. Or start the installation after the service starts.

1. Navigate to the following location

C\Windows\ system32\winevt\logs

2. Right click 'logs' folder.

3. Provide full permission to local service and network service to 'logs' folder.
