SEP and internet Gateway

Dear comunity,
We have a case, Our custumer is use a SEP 11 and they need to configure a internet gateway, does SEP11 has support for internet gateway? or it,s a separated product? and how the instalation and configuration for this internet gateway? Thank you.

SEP 11 is a product for endpoints protection, that's all.
Unfortunately I don't know the whole Symantec's portfolio to tell you which product is dedicated for IG but I am sure that someone else will answer you soon.

what are you looking at IG
what are you looking at IG side, mail/web/protection against AV?
There are webfiltering software/devices, AV Scan engine for ICAP protocol etc.

wrong IP
hi , SEP. i have usin SEP 12 . and i get all computer offline list form quick report in SEP , and there are show many computer name , but it have wrong IP :
" KDNH-PC Windows 7 My Company\G_HOPC KDNH 07/16/2011 12:58:08 07/16/2011 11:52:01 192.168.65.255 "
and i want to know why have the wrong IP " 192.168.65.255 " ........???
pls tell me why ??
