SEP Issue

While logging off from Win 2K3 servers we are getting a prompt to End Program.. Network Activity. If we do end not Server will logoff from. if we try to close the window it will trigger an event ShutDown has been cancled.
We are facing this issue after we upgraded from SAV to SEP. Can some one please help with this?

Try to disable NTP feature and check...
If not help reinstall sep client...

Do we have any option to resolve this issue from SEP Client end, as i do not have access to SEP Console to manage the clients.
You're running an old
You're running an old version. The latest is RU7 MP3. I would suggest upgrading.
Also, what components do you have installed? I would suggest removing all components except AV to see what the result is.

Trying to reinstall sep client or check Disabled NTP feature.
SEP GUI ->NTP ->Option -> Disable Network Thread protection
