What version of SEP are you running?

Hi,

We have SEP Ver 11.0.6200.754.

Do we have any option to resolve this issue from SEP Client end, as i do not have access to SEP Console to manage the clients.

You're running an old version. The latest is RU7 MP3. I would suggest upgrading.

Also, what components do you have installed? I would suggest removing all components except AV to see what the result is.
