Endpoint Protection

My SEP license is expiring in the next 20 days. I have received the quote from one of our reseller and there I could see the difference in the Serial number of the product that is the S/N in my server and the S/N given in the quote differs. Is this corrrect or is there some problem with the quote ? I tried to check it with the reseller but they could not provide me the appropriate information. Please help

Based on my knowledge, the serial number is just verification to download the software from fileconnect portal. And this can be different when you want to renew.
