    Hello all, I want to install SEP for linux  . I know that we have SAVL for linux  we cannot manage linux from the SEPM but we can configure reporting to the SEPM. Please confirm from where can i download the SEP for linux ? If I see in my file connect that SAVL is not in the SEPM folder. 

    I can see Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.2_Linux_Client_EN.zip . Do i need to install this on Linux ? 

    My version of Linux is Linux enterprise Edition 6.

    James what am required to install on Linux then ? 

    Can't I install Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.2_Linux_Client_EN.zip ? which I have in file connect ?

    Please tell me from where can I download Symantec AntiVirus for Linux  that will support Linux Enterpirse edition 6 ?

    The SAVFL install is available on the SEP download ISO. Its also available as a standalone download in fileconnect

    Hi Outrageous,

    That package must be downloaded to the Linux machine, extracted and then run.  Here are some articles that will help:
