A user on my network has been having issues with his PC and blue screening. It blue screens after about 2 minutes after you log in. I noticed that the symantec icon shows File System Auto Protect is Malfuntioning. So I rebooted in safe mode and disabled the symantec services and the PC seems to be fine now. How do I fix this issue with SEP?

    Hi,

What version of SEP 12.1 are you running?

Is this SEP 12.1 a managed client? If yes, have you disabled certain features / policies from SEPM?

Could you provide us a screenshot of the SEP GUI which shows the services are not working?
