SEP Management Console updates but it does not update one server

Created: 18 Jun 2014 | 7 comments

I am administrating SEP for a client base of 200.

The SEP Management console (Version 12.1) is fully up to date with the latest AV Definitions.

Recently, one of the servers (DCs) never update and it always requires a manual install of the defintions and a reboot, but the downtime gets frustrating for the client.

Any suggestions as to why the server does not receive the update and how i can ensure the server updates every time.

Your client is online and connected with SEPM?

Port 8014 is open bi-direction?

Yes, client is online and connected.

The correct ports are open.

Communication with the management server and the client/server itself is a good, strong connection,

It appears to be an issue with the scheduled scan, its as if it does not run????
