This issue has been solved. See solution.

In SEP Manager where can I change number of the days to be deleted? Right now it is 30 days but I want to change that 30 day period to 45 and I cannot find any where in SEPM to change this option.

Thanks!

Are you running 12.1? If so, see here:

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH175865

The settings is now available in the domain properties of the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager:

1. Open the SEPM Console
2. Select Admin on the left
3. Browse to Domains at the bottom
4. Right-click on the domain and select Edit Domain Properties

For 11.x, see here:

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH93732

- Open the SEPM Console
- Select "Admin" on the left.
- Select "Servers" at the bottom.
- Right click on "Local Site" and select "Edit Properties".

Here in the "General" tab, you can modify the field for "Delete Clients that have not connected for", in days.

The option was moved in 12.1 compared to where it was in 11.x

Click on admin --> server --> select the database --> edit database properties, there is a field to set the number of dates to delete the clients that has not connected to SEPM.

You can set it 45 days.
