SEP Manager in Add/Remove Program list twice

This issue has been solved. See solution.
We are showing 2 instances of the SEPM in Add/Remove Programs. One install date shows when we installed the console initially, the 2nd date is about the time we patched it to latest version.
The latest updates reads as: "Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (2.61GB)
The initial install reads as: "Symantec Endpoint Protection Mgr (9.60GB)
When browsing to the SEPM folder, it is nearly 16GB's in size. Even stranger, only 1 admin profile displays the duplicate entry. If you reset his profile, he only shows once instance. Should we be concerned?
