Endpoint Protection

I am useing Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.6005.562. Everything was working fine but today when I try to login in the SEPM console its just hang for forever. i've waited 2 hours but no hope. I do check ODBC data connection check and connection test was fine. Client users are also connected and getting updates. Please tell me what steps should i follow?

can you restart the services or machine and check if it resolves the issue?

yes i did restart both service and server computer but same.

can you try repair or rerun management server configuration wizard?

have you tried running management server cofiguration wizard ? checked the cpu usage?

but i can able to get access via SEPM web.

you are able to log in to sepm server ? but not using remove web console?

any latest version of java installed can you remove the webconsole completely and reinstall it

remove the webconsole

remove all versions of java then in the browser type, it will install all the necessary stuffs

May be the multiple entry of java version available on your system where you try to login, same issue i was faced in my first site.

Try to remove the java and reopen the server link to install the java

use the syntax - server IP:9090

I had the same problem, solved by removing the 64bit version of Java, with the 32bit it work fine.
