SEP Manager down : The system cannot find the file specified

    Hi,

    I have a two site SEP architecture. One of the SEP manager server is down and I getting the following alerts by email:

    26/10/2011 07:33:07 S1 server_name Severe An unexpected exception has occurred D:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\inbox\log\traffic\d0a58c6a-976c-453b-aeb5-958bfc98773c.dat (The system cannot find the file specified)
    26/10/2011 07:32:55 S1 server_name Severe An unexpected exception has occurred D:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\inbox\log\traffic\4d751638-e1d9-4298-a318-50c06b2b7caf.dat (The system cannot find the file specified)

    Have you got any idea of what is causinfg the problème ?

    Seems that your log files are missing, can you browse to the folder al see them? what´s its size?

    You might want to check logging configuration, as well as NTFS security permissions for those files.

    You can check windows event logs inmediately after the errors shows.

    Finally, you may want to check partition and fragmentation and hard disk health.
