SEP Manager Locks up When creating report in Win7

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager version 11.0.4014.26
Is this a known issue with our older version? Guessing we need to just update.

WIndows 7 is not officially
Windows 7 is not officially supported OS for SEPM.
Neither is MR4Mp1a for Windows 7, For win7 you need MR5 ( 11.0.5002.333 )

Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 Release Update 5 (RU5) or higher is supported on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. All previous versions of Symantec Endpoint Protection will not run on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2
