  • 1.  SEP Manager not showing client scans

    Posted Dec 13, 2012 01:09 AM

I am having issues with the SEP Manager database not properly reflecting that clients have successfully run their scheduled scans.  This occurs for 100% of the machines I manage, which is 78.  I have checked the machines and they all say that their scans have completed, but in the Manager it says the last scans were months ago.  Not quite sure where to go from here.  Currently running SEP 11.0.5002.333

are the clients reporting to the manager, do u see the green dot on them?

you are running a very old version. should be a defect which is now corrected.

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Scan log status is not updated
    Fix ID:
    2778391
Symptom: The scan status of the Scan log doesn't get updated when an administrator-defined scheduled scan is suspended and then completed.
Solution: Fixed by adding the suspended event into a list of known events that the management server will process.
