  • 1.  SEP Manager SBE 12 License, double entry, how to delete?

    Posted Aug 31, 2011 07:32 AM

I have a SEP SBE 12.1 Manager installation with a license key activated for 5 Users.

The manager keeps stating its over-deployed but the manager just shows 5 clients.

From the Managers Home Page I can see the deployed clients who are licensed and it shows 6 clients.
One client has a double entry, it looks like it was activated once during installation cause the Last Scan date is the I installed them.

My question is how do i clear this entry, or reconnect all clients?

Thats the problem, in the computer view, it only shows 5 correct working clients.

but when i look at the Licenses in Use from the Home page, it says 6clients.

when i explore which six, there is a double entry!

    monitors

    logs

    computer status

create a report, how many machies do u see? delete the duplicate entry

    or

delete all the 5 clients, whoever is alive will connect to manager during the next heartbeat :)

Just delete all the clients on your SEPM so at the next heartbeat interval, the clients what ever on your network will communicate with your SEPM and it will create a entry under your clients tab.
