What version of  SEPM is installd? Upgrade to latest, if not  already. Also, check is the  Liveupdate  scheduled at that  time, when the  server  freezes?

What errors are showing up in the Windows Event logs during the time of the crash? Are you running backups or system scans at the time of the crash?

I only receive this error :

This instance of SQL Server has been using a process ID of 1936 since 6/29/2010 7:18:21 AM (local) 6/29/2010 12:18:21 PM (UTC). This is an informational message only; no user action is required.

I am running backups only one time by week in sunday and the server is crashing all days in the night, i dont have enable any scans

I recommend collecting a "Full Dump" and opening a case with support. The engineers will be able to analyze the dump file and get to the root of the problem.
