SEP Manager>Home page>security status>preferences not opening

  • 1.  SEP Manager>Home page>security status>preferences not opening

    When opening SEP Manager, the security status shows good but when I click on "preferences" or "more details" the pop-up window just flashes and never opens.

    We are running SEP v. 11.0.7000.975 on a Windows SBS 2011 Standard SP1.

    Hello,

    Are you using Internet Explorer 9??

    Check this Article:

    Continuous pop-up windows when opening reports in the Endpoint Protection Manager after upgrading to Internet Explorer 9
     
     
    You can also migrate to the RU7 MP1 and check if that resolves the issue.
