I have handfuls of clients unable to communicate with SEPM server.
I have installed brand new machines with SEP and it’s communicates correctly.
I usually remedy by using sylinkdrop & replacing sylink.xml file , but it’s not fixing on these computers.
I have tried running SEP Clean wipe and re-installing.
I can ping severs ip address and by servername.

What is this error mean? HeartbeatProcFailed to get profile with proxy setting 1
I don't have a proxy server setup.
I did find a forum postign about removing 2 regsitry entries dealing with proxy, I have tried that and still not communicating.
