SEP MR4 MP2 Thumbs Up?

I'm currently at MR4 MP2 and have had no issues with the server DB and users have quite complaining after configuring appropriate exceptions.   I'd like to upgrade to MR4 MP2 to benefit from some of the performance gains, but not at the expense of functionality.    Has anyone noticed any new issues different from problems reported in the previous releases?

Thank you.

Have any of you try upgrade from SAV 9 or 10 client?

When I upgrade my SAV 9 client, the installation path for SEP 11. MR4 MP2 is c:\program files\Symantec Antivirus, however, if I do fresh install on the machine, the installation path is C:\Program files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection. I hate to use non support tool NO-NAV to remove previous SAV client in my MSI prior to launching SEP install, however, in order to keep my enviornment standard, I have left no choice. Is this by design? if it is, I would think it is lack of consideration.

It is by design

SThe SEP installation files are kept under SAV or Symantec antivirus folder..and it is by design...Aswhen you deploy SEP on a client with SAv 10 or 9 first it check ofr previous installation if it finds it ...it removes it and then installs it at the same location.
