I don't think anyone has a sample transform file here.

You can try to use the free version of Advanced Installer to create the MST file www.advancedinstaller.com/

I use the same to create and push MST files to my test lab servers. Pretty good tool too.

There has to be an easier

There has to be an easier solotion...
In a perfect world i would deploy the packages I've created using GPO, however it wants to load everytime the machine boots up, and I have no desire to do scripting on the package.
With 10, it was very easy to script what parts of the software I wanted loaded, and since I used the msi it only installed once!
I have 100+ locations, so I have no desire, or time, to do them all manually, and hope that the machines are turned on.

Symantec needs to provide a tool to help deploy this with GPO. Or am I the only person who uses GPO to deploy apps?

thanks for your help though, the installer might help me with another project.

Are you Assigning the package

Are you Assigning the package or Publishing it via the GPO?

I can give you a small PPTexplaining what needs to be done in order to install SEP via a GPO properly. I'd made it for the SEP support team when I was working with them.
