why for some reason suddenly some SEP clients have no Proactive Threat Protection and Network Threat Protection

only Virus and Spyware Protection available.

need to be reinstalled to have all that features and sometimes need 2 or 3 times to do that

is there anything that I can do to resolve this problem ?

SEP client using 12.1.1000.157 RU1

NTP will be shown once system is restarted once. However PTP should be visible. can you check the exported package and verify if all the components are included.

so far only happen after I deploy the whole system with the master image that I have

for sure I create that master image with SEP full features package

clients using win 7 pro 32bit

right now I just have that problem

I tried to reinstalled again, first got all that features

then when I left for a while, check again, the problem came back :(

now I will try to reinstall it again

thanks for prompt reply

Hello,

Are you running SEP SBE 12.1 OR SEP 12.1?

I would suggest you disable the Auto-upgrade Feature and try the Deploying SEP package again.

Incase, if you are using SEP SBE 12.1 then I would suggest you to check these Articles:

Upgrading clients by using AutoUpgrade in Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO81274

Disabling auto-upgrade in Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition 12.x so that you can revert clients to an earlier package

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH131543

Incase, if you are using SEP 12.1, then I would suggest you to remove the Autoupgrade package from each Groups / sub-groups and then Deploy SEP package again using Client Deployment Wizard.

Check these Articles:

Upgrading clients by using AutoUpgrade http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO17911

Auto Upgrade for Individual Groups http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH166317

Hope that helps!!
