  • 1.  SEP not functioning properly

    Hi,

    Greetings for Every one,

          I am using SEP 11.0 Version. My SEP was not able to find out viruses in pen drives/usb drives. While i connect pen/usb drive to system, it showing folders as shortcuts. Even though i scan it with SEP, it is not able to find out any virus/worm/trojan. Can you please help me in this regard.

    are the files under USB are detected by virus as other AV's?

    Submit the file to symantec. do not use the USB unless it is formatted considering the files within are really threat!
