    Did you check comminication problem with client and sep manager? can client access to sep manager?
    what is the comminication time in groups? is time too long?

    5 mins for the heartbeat, it was working for a while, then today, I had to manually do it, the green dot is on and everything works as it should.

    like 9 or 10 don't fall inline until I click update content...

    Create a new group and move the clients in the new Test group created and change the commuincation mode to PULL and then see what happens?
    Observe it for a day or 2
