SEP is not pussing update to SEPM 12.1

SEP ( Window server 2003) client is updated with the latest definition but it is not updating to the SEPM 12.1 (Windows Server 2008).  I am fetching AV Update report then find out client is more then 5 days old definition when i have logged into the client machine it is showing latst update. Please Help to close this issue.

Please check if you have a lot of .DAT/.TMP/.ERR files into SEPM\data\inbox subfolders (especially Agentinfo). If yes, it means clients are reporting their logs to the SEPM, but the manager is not able to process them.

It sounds like a cosmetic issue. Client is updated but SEP showig out of date?

What version of 12.1 are you running?

Try to remove client on sepm console
