  • 1.  SEP Outlook add-in causes Outlook 2013 to crash

    Hi!

    I have a problem with the Outlook client add-in on Outlook 2013 clients. Today when i using windows update to update my office 2013, and then i restart my PC, the Outlook 2013 crash.

    We are using version 12.1.4100.4126 of the client and the SEPM is the same version.

    Outlook version is 15.0.4615.1000.

    How to fix this problem?  thanks!

    How many system having problem ? Have you try remove office 2013 Windows update patch ?

    Have you try reinstall sep client ?
