SEP package in SEPM shows 11.0.7000.0 after upgrade
Created: 03 Oct 2011 | 4 comments
We had to upgrade our SEPM infrastructure from SEP 11 RU6 MP2 to RU7 to resolve some know issues. I had a few clients manually install the RU7 client on top of their previous SEP RU6 MP2 installation and the upgrade worked without any issues. Their client reports back to the SEPM that 11.0.7000.975 is the client version.
I'm now working to upgrade all clients from the console but SEPM shows the package as version 11.0.7000.0. Is this correct?

Yes.
Hello,
That is correct and there is nothing to be worried about.
