  • 1.  SEP: Policy Serial Number

    I move a SEP client from Group 1 to Group 2. but the policy series number still remain same as group 1 clients.
    any way that can update the policy serial number to group 2's policy serial number?

    In the sep client try icon right click and click on update policy.Wait for 2 min and check..

    Still remain the original policy serial number. does anything can do from SEPM side?

    Restart the client computer once.Yon also run the update content command from SEPM..

    copy the sylink logs from the client machine where the policy is not updating.
