  • 1.  SEP Prompt Users When Using Camera/Microphone

    Does SEP have the ability to detect a user is tyring to use the microphone and webcam of their workstation? If so, can it prompt the user upon activation of the decive even possibly with a password?

    Thank you for your response. I see SEPM has a feature to block or allow devices  therough Application and Device Control Policies which I assume is only for external devices such as camers, iPods, etc?

    Yes, you do have the option to block external devices:

    Block or allow devices in Endpoint Protection

    Just grab the Hardware ID and add it to the block in the Application and Device Control policy.
