Endpoint Protection

Hi recently we have been  noticing in our organization that a few of our laptops are losing protection over time. Last week I had printed out a current user spreadsheet with full system info. Many of them showed as being "Not installed" for Antivirus Engine, Download Insight, SONAR, etc. Fast forward to today and many more that showed "Enabled" are now showing up as "Not Installed" and showing there are no protection technologies installed but SEP still has a green light in the tray. Has anyone run into this behavior before? Is this a program flaw? Laptops are Windows 7 64 bit Professional with UAC. Users have no admin rights. The other weird thing we have noticed is when an admin logs in the green changes to yellow and says the firewall driver is not installed.

Could you please confirm SEPM version?

The problem is with SEPM reports or at actual clients?

There was an issue but it was with SEP RTM  (12.1.671.4971)

Clients shows "No Symantec protection technologies are installed" after migrating the SEPM from 11.x to 12.1

Sorry no I am not, we are running SEPM 12.1.1101.4 RU1 MP1. The problem is on the clients themselves.

I will get a screeenshot and check the registry settings. Also will check the dcom settings. Any ideas as to why this is happening? These are fresh installs.
