Can I pull reports based on the Computer groups in SEPM (SEP 12.1.5)?
Also, is there any restriction on the type of reports that I can pull filtering on the Computer Groups?
Yes, just add in the group name you want for the "Group" filter
Some reports don't allow you to add in the Group name. Yo may run across a few of these instances.

For the most part yes, especially of under the Monitors section looking at logs in depth.
Some report in the Reporting section won't allow you to just because it may not apply. But overall, yes.
