This issue has been solved. See solution.

I’ve installed SEPM RU5 on a new windows 2003 server.

After that I’ve used SylinkReplacer to move our win2003 servers to the new SEPM.  That was no problem, but on some servers the client version is still 11.0.4202.75 instead of 11.0.5002.333.
How can I solved that problem?

Upgrade groups with package

You can use this option and upgrade the required groups with the latest package thereby the clients in the groups would be updated
