When will this be available for those who need to test SEP Manager on Server 2008 R2 as well as test 2008 R2 and Windows 7 clients?

SEP 11.0 RU5 is available for download on the fileconnect website, go to https://fileconnect.symantec.com/ 

I meant the TRIAL/EVALUATION version that people who are not current customers can dowload and evaluate without purchasing.

Well, right now, only MR4 version is available for Trial Download. Not sure when/if RU5 will be available on the Trial Download page.

I am not sure either, but I would just like to note that when you do get the trial just be aware that it is ONLY a trial. There is no option to upgrade to the full version so you must uninstall the trial version and then install the commercial version. Because of that  is suggested to be used in a trial environment and not on production machines. Just wanted you to know in case you didn't.

I dont want to argue, but there IS a way to convert (upgrade) from trialware to full version but it is not supported. My need for trial is to present to customer and let them test and see features. Since current trial is so old and does not support lots of current technologies (such as Windows 7, 2008 R2,SQL 2008,...) it would be wise to give customer something that match their current environment.

BTW, I test current trial and it expired after few days (it was supposed to work till end of octorber!!)

Considering the fact that the new version does support additional platforms, I think you should create an Idea for the same.

That way it can be reviewed and we can hear some more thoughts about this.
