  • 1.  SEP SBE 12.0, clients not showing up in Computers list

    Hello I've recently installed SEP SBE 12.0.1001.95 on a new server (Windows SBS 2008). When I deployed the Client Security software to the clients using remote push installation, the wizard reported succesfull installation on all selected computers (they are all 32 bit Windows XP's). However, when I navigate to the group where the clients are supposed to be added, the list is empty. They aren't in another group as well. (See attachement, a screenshot with the empty group) What could be wrong? Thanks,

    your windows firewall is blocking the clients.create an exception for the ports , they will communicate.

    It was indeed the firewall blocking the communications.

    I opened up the following:

    9090/tcp
    8443/tcp
    8014/tcp

    and my hosts appeared in the management console.
