We're running SPE Small Business 12.1.3 on one 30GB drive with embedded database, 50 license.  Ran low on disk space again, and followed the instructions on a previous post for a previous version to delete the contents of the\inetpub\contents folder, and modify the conf.properties file.  According to that post, the problem was supposed to be fixed in newer versions.  This morning, my hard drive is completely full again and my DB is shut down.

Please help with instructions for this version of SEPM on how to solve the disk space problem.  Thanks...

What folder is consuming all the space? How many content revisions are you keeping?

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) database transaction log (sem5.log) consumes excessive hard drive space in SEP SBE 12.1 RU1

Check the sem5.log file size.How big is it?

When I added the line to the conf.properties file scm.lucontentcleanup.threshold=3, I assume that meant three.  I do not know how to check to see how many revisions.  The \inetpub\contents folder has almost 7 GB and now there is a \content.temp folder with another 2 GB.

Stop the sepm service

Delete all the files inside the alpahnumeric folders from inetpub\content folder

whats the size of sem5.log file? 

Deleting the alphanumeric should free loads of space then.

I did all of that yesterday and it freed up almost 10GB.  Today it is all back plus more and the DB is shut down.

as you have added the lucontentcleanup threshold we need to monitor it till tomorrow or try running a liveupdate check if that fills up the space.

On rebooting it has already put 6.26 GB back into the \content folder, and it appears some of it was moved from the \contenttemp folder. It also moved the line that I added at the end of the conf.properties file up to near the top.  I now have over 3 GB of space left on the drive but I don't expect that to last. 

How does the disk size look today? any progress?
