Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

I have just renewed SEP SBE 12.1 (at a noticably higher price BTW) and since I wish to continue to maintain the clients via SEPM and not in the cloud, I entered the new serial number in the current SEPM.    But when I tried to download an updated version of SEP & SEPM, fileconnect claims that same serial number does not exist.    So how do I obtain these updates?    Thanks.

SEP SBE is end of support life. The latest (and last) version for it is 12.1.5.

Otherwise, you now need to move to the cloud version.

Sorry, that's not what I was sold nor what the license says: "HOSTED AND ONPREMISES" and in the document you cite it says "With the SEP SBE license, customers are entitled to both on-premise and cloud management of their endpoints, with the choice to use one or both options."

Sure, you can do hosted or on-prem, but, the name has changed slightly from SEP SBE 12.1 to SEP SBE.
