I am running into an issue when trying to run DoScan.exe from the command line. I have the need to run DoScan multithreaded and also get the output of the scan. Right now it seems you can only run one instance and the log is written to the same file each time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

AFAIK, this functionality existed in 11.x but was removed in 12.1.

    I assume you're using 12.1?

I have tried with both versions and the main problem seems to be that it is all writing to the same file. It has a specification for the LOGFILE flag but there was another log that was created with the relevant information.  The information I want is the one that is contained in the <datestamp>.log in the appdata directory
